Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts (savings, checking, CDs).
• Completes loan and new account applications, interviews and funds loans.
• Achieves personal sales goals by cross-selling checking, savings, loans and other products.
• Educates members on digital banking solutions (mobile/online banking).
• Troubleshoots member inquiries and escalates when needed.
• Performs outbound calls using prospect lists to educate members on technology.
