Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Partner Specialist who excels in member service and deep product knowledge. You will handle complex member transactions, including deposits and loans, and connect members with the right experts within Mortgage, Insurance, and Investment services.

You will foster relationships, prospect new members, and support colleagues with advanced issues in a fast-paced retail banking environment while maintaining exceptional REAL service standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Additional training preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in Member Service, banking, new accounts and lending.
• Supervisory experience in retail banking (multi-site management preferred).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and strategic and creative thinking abilities
• Able to manage multiple issues simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish member relationships, conduct telephone prospecting, and outbound calls.
• Open and service complex deposit accounts and consumer loans; address member needs.
• Act as product consultant, guiding members to suitable solutions and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Assist and mentor teammates; handle escalations and ensure quality member experience.
• Participate in community activities and promote the credit union’s services.
