Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners seeks a Service Desk Associate to manage service desk duties, memberships, and facility upkeep. You will greet members, handle inquiries, process signups, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

You will interact with members and guests regularly, support sales efforts, and uphold the brand promise of a Judgment Free Zone. This role is part-time and requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and say goodbye at departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Answer calls and provide information to prospects; give tours to prospective members.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk and organize customer service area.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and complete daily checklists.
• Assist new employees and follow shift procedures.
