Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a Service Desk Associate for a Planet Fitness facility. You will greet members and guests, assist with memberships, process payments at the front desk, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

You will also answer phones, schedule training sessions, and walk the club to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; monitor club access for members and guests.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into the database.
• Operate the POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization; answer phone and assist prospects.
• Schedule fitness training appointments and perform club walk-through checks.
• Perform cleaning duties around the facility and equipment as assigned.
