Job summary

The Service Desk Associate at Ohana Growth Partners is responsible for service desk administration, membership sales, and maintaining facility cleanliness. You will greet members, handle inquiries, process memberships, and operate the POS system.

You will interact with members and guests, support management, and uphold the brand promise in a fast-paced fitness club environment. Prior customer service experience is preferred and a proactive attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and farewell.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to prospects.
• Give tours and sell memberships; write agreements and input new members.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk and organize customer service area.
• Schedule appointments for fitness training sessions.
• Complete club walk-around every 20 minutes and checklists.
