Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a part-time Service Desk Associate at the Greenville, MI location. You will handle member greetings, questions, memberships, and front desk operations while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Role includes selling memberships, guiding guests, and maintaining front desk efficiency. Previous customer service experience preferred; basic computer literacy and POS familiarity required.

Formación

• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests and assist with inquiries.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Sell memberships and process sign-ups in the database.
• Operate POS and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Keep front desk clean and organized.
• Schedule fitness training appointments.
• Maintain club facilities and cleaning routines.
