Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a part-time Service Desk Associate in Marysville, WA. The role covers service desk administration, membership sales, and keeping the club clean and welcoming. You will greet members and guests, manage access, handle inquiries, and enter new members into the database.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Prior cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle complaints.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and perform shift procedures.
• Complete club walkthroughs and checklists.
