Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners seeks a Service Desk Associate in Seattle to deliver exceptional member support, sales, and facility upkeep. You will greet guests, handle inquiries, process memberships, and maintain clean, welcoming spaces.

This role emphasizes guest relations, accurate data entry, POS transactions, and teamwork in a fast-paced fitness environment, with a focus on safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and say goodbye upon departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain the front desk and cleanliness of the facility.
