Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners in Washington, DC is seeking a Service Desk Associate for part-time hours at our Planet Fitness club. You will greet members, answer questions, supervise club access, sell memberships, handle inquiries, and support daily front-desk operations with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

The role emphasizes maintaining a clean facility, assisting guests, and performing routine housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and say goodbye.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle complaints.
• Sell memberships and input new members into database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Schedule fitness training sessions.
• Maintain front desk and answer phones.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties as required.
• Conduct club walk-throughs and complete checklists.
