Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately post charges and handle payments.
• Retrieve and file charts and reports.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and relay messages.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Support refugees with scheduling and translations when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and IHA policies.
