Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone, routing to staff as needed.
• Obtain registration information, verify insurance, and prep charts for visits.
• Post charges to billing system and manage appointment scheduling.
• Maintain EMR/paper charts and handle routine administrative tasks.
• Support translation and refugee outreach where applicable as needed.
