JES Holdings, through its Fairway Management division, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support maintenance across properties in Jefferson City, MO. The role focuses on timely unit turns, preventive maintenance, and ensuring high-quality living environments for residents.

The candidate should have 3+ years in multifamily or similar settings with strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting skills, plus familiarity with REAC/INSPIRE protocols.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems (e.g., door entry, fire suppression).
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Aufgaben

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of unit turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently and ensure timely completion of make-readies.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Travel to and participate in regional and corporate training or conferences as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff; report health and safety concerns.
