Job summary

JES Holdings, including Fairway Management, seeks a motivated maintenance professional to uphold and service over 250 apartment communities. Responsibilities include timely work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance with attention to detail.

You must arrive on time, be professional and proactive, and maintain strong relationships with residents and vendors while supporting safety and HUD/LIHTC training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily/commercial/hotel maintenance experience.
• Plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting and building systems knowledge.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during turns, work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on‑call after hours.
• Use and maintain maintenance tools.
• Report to Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent.
• Travel for regional/corporate trainings and conferences.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
