Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate for the Nashville Residence Inn. You will perform routine maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, document work orders, and assist with basic repairs to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and equipment.

Throw in a strong service mindset, ability to lift weights, and the stamina for plants and pool maintenance, and you’ll fit right in. Join a team that values growth and reliability in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

Compensation Range: $20.00 - $22.50
