Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a maintenance associate at the Nashville Residence Inn. The role involves guest room care, routine preventative maintenance, and timely work-order documentation in a busy hotel environment.

You'll troubleshoot basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks, service pool systems, and support unit and equipment repairs. The position offers opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package through Atrium Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience is required.
• Hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
