Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Nashville Residence Inn, located at 1801 Hayes Street, Nashville, TN. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, guest room care, and completing work orders to keep the property running smoothly.

• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
