Fort Smith Courtyard - Atrium Hospitality in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, respond to guest requests, and help keep hotel facilities in top condition.

You will handle electrical, HVAC, plumbing basics, carpentry, pool care, and general repairs, with an emphasis on safety and guest comfort. This full-time on-site role offers growth, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on guest areas and facilities.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair hotel equipment and fixtures.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping as needed.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
