Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance role at the Tampa Embassy Suites in Tampa, FL. This full-time position involves hands-on maintenance across guest rooms, equipment, and facilities.

You will perform scheduled preventative tasks, document work orders, and troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues to ensure a safe, comfortable guest experience. Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of general maintenance experience required
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

What You Will Do:

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
