Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Nashville is seeking a maintenance professional to support building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water treatment. You will help plan preventive maintenance, inspect rooms and equipment, and ensure teams have the necessary tools.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Opportunity to lead by example and participate in vendor coordination and repairs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed.
