Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in La Vista, NE is seeking a hotel maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance tasks and manage work orders for guest rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, pool maintenance, and equipment repairs. Candidates should have at least 6 months in maintenance; lifting up to 25–50 lbs is required; HVAC/electrical/plumbing certs are a plus. This is a full-time on-site role with Atrium’s benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
