Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their Goodlettsville Courtyard location. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair systems including electrical and plumbing, and ensure the upkeep of hotel equipment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience, ability to lift weights, and certifications in HVAC or plumbing are a plus. Atrium offers career growth opportunities, health benefits, and more.

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
