Job summary

Atrium Hospitality’s Nashville Residence Inn is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to help manage hotel building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment. You will plan preventive maintenance, inspect rooms and equipment, and ensure teams have the tools they need.

The role requires 1+ year in maintenance or engineering with supervisory experience preferred; a high school diploma is required, and HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment.
• Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs.
• Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms.
• Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium's Core Values.
• Assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work.
