Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for the Little Rock property to handle preventative maintenance, guest/work orders, and basic repairs to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. You’ll help keep guest rooms and facilities running smoothly.

Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance preferred. Must lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally; ability to stand for long periods. Certifications a plus.

• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
