Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Albuquerque is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance across guest rooms and public areas. You will complete and document work orders, troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues, and maintain pool systems and chemicals to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and a basic certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
