BNI Global is seeking an ambitious Launch Director Consultant to generate leads and drive sales by coaching prospective Members on the value of networking. This role is part-time (20–25 hours/week) with occasional evenings and weekends to meet prospecting goals.

You will attend community events and utilize in-person and virtual conversations to close sales, while building a robust pipeline and maintaining accurate records. Expect commission-based earnings with uncapped upside.

Competenze

• High School degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2+ years’ professional work experience in sales.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Mansioni

• Achieve sales and profit goals through prospecting and closing sales outside of home office by attending community events and networking events at a minimum of 3 hours per week.
• Educate and sell to in-person and virtual prospects the benefits of BNI’s services weekly.
• Close sale transactions after prospect meetings to reduce Membership churn while maximizing Membership value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy to convert prospects to Members.
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads and Member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn, follow, and achieve key milestones.
• Foster positive relationships between Forming Chapters and Regional Support Team before transition.
• Participate in Weekly Success Calls to report status, successes, and challenges.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by BNI’s US Core Leadership.
• Support the mission and core values through daily activities.
