BNI Global is seeking a Launch Director Consultant to generate leads and drive sales by coaching prospects on forming profitable networks. This part-time role focuses 80% on sales activities and may require evenings and weekends to meet prospecting needs.

The position emphasizes relationship-building, prospect education, and pipeline development, with occasional non-traditional hours to support growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience preferred.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Meet sales and profit goals through prospecting and closing outside the home office.
• Educate prospects on the benefits of BNI’s services.
• Close sales to reduce churn and maximize membership value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and member accounts.
• Coach applicants to learn and achieve key milestones.
• Foster relationships between Forming Chapters and the Regional Support Team.
• Participate in Weekly Success Calls to report status and challenges.
• Other duties necessary to reflect our core values and mission.
