The position may require evening and weekend hours to meet prospecting goals, with a focus on building member networks and supporting regional growth alongside the US Core

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong time management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales and profit goals through prospecting and closing outside of home office by attending events.
• Educate and sell to prospects the benefits of BNI services weekly.
• Close sales to reduce Membership churn and maximize value.
• Develop and implement an effective sales pipeline and recruitment strategy with manager.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and Member accounts.
