Job summary

BNI Global is seeking a Launch Director Consultant to generate leads and coach prospective Members in forming powerful networks. This part-time role (20-25 hours/week) offers flexible evenings and weekends to meet prospecting needs.

You will attend events, educate prospects on benefits, and close sales while building a robust sales pipeline with regional support. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2+ years’ professional work experience in sales.
• Experience in customer support and account management.
• Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by prospecting and closing outside the home office at events.
• Educate and sell to in-person and virtual prospects the benefits of BNI’s services.
• Close sales to reduce Membership churn while maximizing value.
• Develop and implement a sales pipeline and recruitment strategy.
• Maintain records of all leads and Member accounts in company software.
• Coach applicants to learn, follow, and achieve milestones.
• Foster relationships between Forming Chapters and Regional Support Team.
• Participate in Weekly Success Calls and report status.
• Other duties per leadership and core values.
