Action Target is seeking a Part Time Help Desk Representative in Provo, UT to support a mixed Windows and Linux environment. You will install, configure, test, and maintain hardware and software for LAN/WAN users, manage backups, and assist with security and policy documentation.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in IT or related field
3 months related IT experience or internship desired
Foundational knowledge of Windows and Linux, VOIP, TCP/IP, ITIL practices

Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support hardware and software for LAN/WAN users in a mixed Windows & Linux environment
Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, security, and coordination between network and data communications
Perform maintenance to support systems availability and reliability
