You will handle hardware, software, and connectivity issues, assist with deployments, AD, and security policies, and help with onboarding and training for staff.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and the ability to balance speed with quality while working in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a help desk or technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, and network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for end users seeking tech support.
• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues; escalate as needed.
• Provide in-person, phone, or remote assistance.
• Assist with IT training and department projects.
• Help implement IT policies and controls.
• Support IT department operations and shared services.
• Maintain inventory of tech hardware and software.
• Support system connectivity and security policy enforcement.
