Job summary

Courser is seeking an IT Support Services I-Help Desk professional in Pleasant Grove, UT to deliver technical assistance to employees and clients. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, with focus on fast, friendly service and clear communication.

Responsibilities include frontline support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, account management, security practices, and collaboration with senior engineers on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience with Microsoft networks, firewall and network configuration.
• Proficient in desk-side support, user account management, and password resets.
• Strong documentation and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems within SLAs.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and hardware for users.
• Manage client user accounts, including creating accounts and permissions, and resetting passwords.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN access, and network printer issues.
• Document solutions and update knowledge base with recurring issues.
• Monitor IT systems and networks to identify potential problems and prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with IT team members and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Support IT projects such as system upgrades and software deployments.
• Ensure security measures are followed and compliant with policies.
