Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, deploy, and support hardware and software.
• Maintain and administer LAN/WAN systems.
• Provide user provisioning and help desk support for network and software systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate with teams.
• Document IT policies and procedures.
