Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Salisbury and surrounding areas. This part-time, after-school role includes supervision by a BCBA and ongoing training opportunities.

Travel to clients' homes, implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote communication and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance and reliable transportation for in-home travel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and families for consistency.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
