Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy with children diagnosed with autism. You will work one-on-one in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans.

The role is part-time with daytime and after-school hours, travel to clients' homes, data collection, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for in-home travel.
• Patience, compassion, and genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home-based settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA to meet each child's goals.
• Collect and record precise data to track progress and inform updates.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and family to ensure skill carry-over at home.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
