Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, a leading in-home ABA therapy provider, seeks a Part-Time Behavior Technician or RBT to work with children in home, school, and community settings. The role offers after-school hours with BCBA supervision and comprehensive training, including RBT coursework support.

You will contribute to improved communication, independence, and daily living skills, while growing through tuition assistance, scholarships, and free CEUs through VBU.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver�s license and reliable transportation.
• Patience, compassion, and dedication to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Preferred: Bachelor�s Degree or in progress.
• 6+ months experience with children (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect data to track each child�s progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to ensure skill carry-over.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
