Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD in homes, schools, and community settings. You will work under a BCBA supervision, travel to client homes, implement individualized ABA plans, collect data, and support skill development in communication, daily living, and social interaction.

This field-based role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours, ongoing training, supervision, and tuition assistance to grow your career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and inform updates.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to ensure skill carry-over at home.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
