Step Up Family Services LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred
• RBT certification preferred; required within 90 days if applicable
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes or centers
• Must pass background checks including criminal history and abuse registry screenings
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and sit on the floor for extended periods
• In-home and/or center-based settings
• Supervised regularly by a BCBA through direct observation and feedback

Aufgaben

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by BCBA
• Record and maintain data on client progress using electronic systems
• Implement skill acquisition programs for communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors
• Follow behavior reduction protocols designed by the BCBA
• Assist with generalization of skills across environments
• Provide reinforcement and prompting per the treatment plan
• Maintain professional conduct per BACB guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision and team meetings
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and clinical team
• Ensure health, safety and well-being of clients
