Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in their homes, schools, and communities. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior, daily living skills, and social interaction.

Travel to clients' homes is required; competitive pay ranges from $20 to $29 per hour, with flexible scheduling around afternoons and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required for in-home travel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home-based setting.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and inform treatment updates.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to ensure skill carry-over at home.
