Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and communities. You will follow a BCBA-approved plan, focusing on communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills to help children gain independence.

Full training is provided, including the 40-hour RBT course, with supervision and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (in-home travel).
Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

Travel to clients' homes and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
Implement individualized ABA plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
Collect and record data to track progress and inform updates.
Collaborate with family and BCBA to ensure skill carry-over in the home.
