Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our in-home ABA program. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, and communities under BCBA supervision to implement personalized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills.

The role offers part-time after-school hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for training, supervision, and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for in-home travel.
• Patience, compassion, and commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement BCBA-designed, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to track progress and inform updates.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families for continuity of skills in the home.
