Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a supervising BCBA. Part-time, with flexible afternoon/evening shifts.

Training provided; after-school and weekend availability preferred. Competitive pay of $22–$28 per hour, comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; coursework in psychology a plus.
• Reliable transportation to home visits.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in homes.
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families with strategies and progress updates.
