Links-Aba-Therapy- is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills under hands-on mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

The role offers flexible, part-time scheduling with shifts in the afternoons or evenings, providing valuable training and supervision to grow in the field of ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy and working with children is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
