Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians/RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy to children in their homes, schools, and communities. You will work under a BCBA supervision, delivering customized ABA plans and collecting progress data in a home-based setting.

Eligible candidates may receive comprehensive training, supervision hours, tuition assistance, scholarships for Master's study, and access to in-house CEUs through VBU.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
Requires patience, compassion, and genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
Collect and record precise data to track progress.
Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and skill carry-over.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families.
