YouFit Gyms in Orlando is seeking a Part-Time Member Experience Specialist. You will welcome members, answer questions, and help create a friendly, high-energy environment that supports retention and conversions.

You will monitor access, assist with check-ins and payments, and team up with staff to deliver a top-tier fitness club experience while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
Fluency in multiple languages is favored.
Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with members, guests, and prospects.
Basic computer skills for processing check-ins, updating accounts, and managing member interactions.

Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Member Service -Create a welcoming environment and greet members.
Monitor Gym Access – manage check-ins and access per policy.
Handle Member accounts - assist with account questions and updates.
Process Payments & Manage Cash Drawer – handle POS transactions and balance cash drawer.
Deliver an Engaging Gym Experience – guide tours and assist with membership presentations.
