YouFit Gyms is seeking a Part Time Member Experience Specialist in Winter Park, FL. You will deliver outstanding customer service, greet and assist members, and promote memberships while maintaining a welcoming gym environment.

Responsibilities include handling member accounts, processing payments, guiding tours, and supporting events. Candidates should be 18+, fluent in English, and flexible with hours; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with positive member, guest and prospect engagement.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safe product use.
• Basic computer skills for check-ins, account updates and member interactions.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to enforce gym policies professionally and resolve member concerns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and create a welcoming environment.
• Monitor gym access, ensure active accounts, and enforce entry policies.
• Handle member accounts, assist with questions, updates, and issues in person or over the phone.
• Answer and direct calls, provide accurate information and route inquiries as needed.
• Assist with membership and personal training retention by addressing cancellations and offering solutions.
• Perform opening and closing duties to prepare the gym for members.
• Process payments and manage cash drawer; balance cash handling procedures.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of all gym areas and ensure restrooms, locker rooms and fitness spaces are stocked and sanitized.
• Report safety, facility, or equipment concerns to management promptly.
• Deliver engaging gym experiences by guiding tours and presenting membership options.
• Support events and member appreciation activities to boost community engagement.
