YouFit is hiring for a part-time front desk role at our Greenacres gym in Florida. You will greet members, manage check-ins, and assist with inquiries while processing payments and updating member accounts. A friendly, customer-focused approach is essential to keep the club welcoming and efficient.

You will also support retention efforts, enforce gym policies, balance the cash drawer, and help create a positive experience for every guest as they explore membership options and services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with members and guests.
• Basic computer skills for check-ins, account updates, and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members, guests, and prospects.
• Manage member check-ins and verify account status.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to members and prospects.
• Handle account management and billing with updates and payment processing.
