YouFit Gyms is seeking a Part-Time Member Experience Specialist in Coral Springs, FL. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage member interactions, and support membership and services while promoting offerings.

The role requires 18+ years old, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include greeting members, handling inquiries, processing transactions at the POS, and maintaining a clean, welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with members, guests, and prospects.
• Basic knowledge of handling transactions, cash drawer balancing, and cash-handling procedures.
• Basic computer skills for processing check-ins, updating accounts, and managing member interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and create a welcoming environment.
• Monitor gym access and assist with check-ins.
• Assist with membership retention and guest services.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to the right department.
• Close and open gym responsibilities and cash handling at POS.
• Ensure gym cleanliness and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of all gym areas and equipment.
