YouFit Gyms is seeking a Part-Time Member Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service, manage member accounts, and promote memberships. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, and handle payments while maintaining a clean, welcoming gym environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and the ability to work flexible hours. Training covers safety, policies, and member retention strategies within a dynamic gym setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English; multilingualism is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and the ability to engage positively with members and guests.
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and supply management.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling transactions and balancing a cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and create a welcoming environment.
• Monitor gym access and ensure active member accounts.
• Assist with member accounts and respond to inquiries in person or by phone.
• Manage incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately.
• Support membership and personal training retention efforts.
• Open and close the gym following procedures.
• Process payments at the POS and balance the cash drawer.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain cleanliness across areas.
• Keep the facility clean, sanitized, and stocked with supplies.
• Report safety or maintenance concerns to management.
• Guide prospects through tours and transition to membership presentation.
• Support events and member appreciation activities.
