YouFit Gyms is seeking a part-time Member Experience Specialist in Altamonte Springs, FL. You will deliver exceptional member service, greet guests, manage check-ins, and assist with memberships while promoting offerings.

This role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming gym environment. Responsibilities include handling payments, guiding tours, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively.
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Basic computer skills for processing check-ins and updating accounts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to enforce gym policies professionally and resolve concerns.
• Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and create a welcoming environment.
• Monitor gym access and ensure active member accounts.
• Assist with member accounts and answer questions in person or by phone.
• Answer and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Assist with membership retention and personal training inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the gym.
• Process payments and balance the cash drawer using the POS system.
• Maintain gym cleanliness and enforce policies.
• Report safety, facility, or equipment concerns to management.
• Keep restrooms, locker rooms, and workout spaces clean and sanitized.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment and restock supplies as needed.
• Support events and member appreciation activities.
