HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent (Part Time) to be the welcoming first point of contact for guests. You will assist with check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing information on services and local attractions, and coordinating with housekeeping. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and offers opportunities

Qualifications

• Customer service and guest interaction skills required to handle inquiries and reservations.
• Ability to greet guests warmly, check in/out, and provide information about services.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, attentive face of the hotel and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Check guests in and out, answer inquiries, and share information about local attractions.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Support career growth within hospitality through various front office roles.
